Abstract
It has been considered necessary to take the self-portrait on reflecting surfaces as an artistic means to show both the internal and external aspect of the author; to make known emotions and thoughts explored within himself, to leave a record of what he considers his self knowledge. The photographic self-portrait serves to express not only the personal point of view but the process of construction and deconstruction that every person goes through throughout his life. The idea is to use the reflection in different ways and in different situations to interpret what one wants to convey to the viewers in a subtle and metaphorical way in the search for the "other self" outside reality, for this, the image of the reflection itself is captured at random.
Resumen
Se ha considerado la necesidad de tomar el autorretrato sobre superficies reflectantes como medio artístico para mostrar tanto el aspecto interno como externo de la autora; para dar a conocer emociones y pensamientos explorados dentro de sí mismo, para dejar un registro de aquello que considera su autoconocimiento. El autorretrato fotográfico sirve para expresar no solo el punto de vista personal sino el proceso de construcción y deconstrucción que toda persona atraviesa a lo largo de su vida. La idea es
reflejarse de maneras distintas y en diferentes situaciones para interpretar lo que se quiere transmitir a los espectadores de manera sutil y metafórica en la búsqueda del «otro yo» fuera de la realidad, para lo cual se captura la imagen del propio reflejo de manera aleatoria.
