Abstract
The University of Cuenca with the objective of solving problems that society
has made agreements with several institutions, within these agreements is the
one that is had with the Institute of Popular and Solidarity Economy known by
its acronym as IEPS. The IEPS is formed and works with several associations in
Zone 6, which are part of Azuay, Cañar and Morona Santiago. All these
associations are regulated by the Superintendence of Popular and Solidarity
Economy "SEPS". This degree project has been carried out within this
agreement in order to provide associations with an efficient software system
that supports the daily work of the associations, so that they have complete
and correct information about the entities with which It works, as are the
partners, customers and the regulatory body. Therefore, a complete
management information system related to an accounting information system
has been implemented, which is developed in different modules and different
stages. The project was developed following the methodology AUP (Agile
Unified Process) or Agile Unified Process of Software Development
Resumen
La Universidad de Cuenca con el objetivo de resolver problemas que tiene la
sociedad ha realizado convenios con varias instituciones, dentro de estos
convenios se encuentra el que se tiene con el Instituto de Economía Popular y
Solidaria conocido por sus siglas como IEPS. El IEPS está conformado y trabaja
con varias asociaciones en la Zonal 6, las mismas que forman parte del Azuay,
Cañar y Morona Santiago. A todas estas asociaciones les regula la
Superintendencia de Economía Popular y Solidaria “SEPS”. El presente
proyecto de titulación se ha realizado dentro de este convenio con la finalidad
proporcionar a las asociaciones con un sistema de software eficiente que dé
soporte al trabajo diario de las asociaciones, de manera que cuenten con
información completa y correcta sobre los entes con los cuales trabaja, como
son los socios, clientes y el ente regulador. Por lo que se ha implementado un
sistema completo de información gerencial relacionado con un sistema de
información contable, el cual está desarrollado en diferentes módulos y
diferentes etapas. El proyecto se desarrolló siguiendo la metodología AUP
(Agile Unified Process) o Proceso Unificado Ágil de Desarrollo de software
