| dc.description | El conflicto está presente en todas las actividades de interrelación entre los seres humanos. El conflicto en sí no es negativo, sino la manera en que se lo confronta y resuelve, determina su negatividad. La Negociación es un método alternativo no adversarial de solución de conflictos que puede ser utilizado en cualquier momento y circunstancia. De esta manera, nuestra investigación se realizó con adolescentes de tercero de bachillerato general unificado del Colegio Nacional Experimental Manuel J Calle de la ciudad de Cuenca, acerca de la resolución de conflictos existentes entre: Estudiantes-Estudiantes, Estudiantes-Padres de familia/representantes y Estudiantes-Autoridades; partiendo de la identificación de los conflictos y la resolución de los mismos, nace nuestra propuesta de proyecto basada en la negociación como método alternativo de solución de conflictos. | es_ES |

The conflict itself is not negative, but the way that it is confronted and resolved, determines its negativity. Negotiation is a nonadversarial alternative of dispute resolution that can be used at any time and circumstance.
