dc.descriptionEl chamanismo constituye un claro objeto de interés en el ámbito de las Ciencias Humanas, no solo por tratarse de una de las primeras manifestaciones de religiosidad en la Historia de la humanidad, sino además porque su cosmovisión sirvió como referente y fuente de inspiración para otras culturas posteriores, en cuyos mitos es posible apreciar ese sustrato ancestral. Adoptando un punto de vista eminentemente comparativo, el presente estudio pretende esbozar brevemente las principales características del chamanismo y rastrear la huella que imprimió en otras culturas, atendiendo a la figura del chamán, la configuración de su imaginario y el simbolismo de sus rituales y celebraciones.es_ES
dc.description.abstractShamanism constitutes a clear object of interest in the Area of Human Sciences, not only for being one of the first manifestations of religiousness in the History of Humanity, but in addition because its vision of the World served as a source of inspiration for later cultures, in whose myths it is possible to estimate this ancient substratum. Adopting a point of view eminently comparative the present study tries to outline Shamanism´s main characteristics, as well as to trace its influence on other cultures, attending to the figure of the shaman, the configuration of his imaginary and the symbolism of its rituals and celebrations.es_ES
