Evaluación de enmiendas cálcicas y distancias de siembra en la producción de Solanum tuberosum L. (Super Chola) en Nabón

Abstract

In the province of Azuay, Cantón Nabón- Belén at 2675 meters above sea level, in an Andosol, with a clay-silt texture, a pH of 5.6, with N-P-K (low-low-medium), this test was carried out, with the purpose of to observe if calcium amendments in the soil affected its physical-chemical characteristics, and the development of the potato crop (Solanum tuberosum L. var Superchola). A two-factor design was developed with calcium amendments in different doses of CaCO3, 40 ml m-2 and 60 ml m-2 of calcium saccharate, with two planting distances (0.30 m * 1 m and 0.50 * 1 m ), which resulted in 12 bifactorial treatments, 4 repetitions, 48 EU. The soil was characterized at the beginning and end of the crop. Infostat was used to analyze the data. The soil pH showed ds between the treatments. The EC at the end of the crop if there were ds.
