| dc.description | Objetivo Determinar la prevalencia y factores asociados al incremento del Índice de Pulsatilidad de arterias uterinas mayor al Percentil 95 en embarazadas entre 11 - 14 semanas de gestación atendidas en Hospital Vicente Corral Moscoso durante el 2017. Metodología Se realizó un estudio descriptivo con análisis de factores asociados en 254 embarazadas de 11 a 14 Semanas de Gestación. El tamaño de la muestra se calculó con prevalencia del 12 %, nivel de confianza 95 %, precisión 4 % y población infinita. Los datos se obtuvieron por entrevista directa, se realizó ecografía transvaginal, se identificó el Índice de Pulsatilidad de las arterias uterinas y se anotó el promedio mayor al Percentil 95. Los datos se analizaron en el programa SPSS versión 15. Resultados La edad mínima fue de 15 años, la máxima de 46, el grupo etario con mayor frecuencia fue de 19 a 34 años con el 75.6 %, el 76 % residían en el área urbana, el 49.6 % tenían mayor a 13 años de escolaridad, el 36.6 % fue mayoritariamente primíparas. La Prevalencia del Índice de Pulsatilidad incrementado fue de 8.7 % y se asoció al antecedente de preeclampsia con RP 3.06, IC: 1.37 – 6.81 y valor p 0.013. Conclusiones La Prevalencia del Índice de Pulsatilidad incrementado en embarazadas de 11 a 14 semanas de gestación fue menor a los reportados en la literatura y se asoció al antecedente de preeclampsia. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Objective To determine the prevalence and associated factors with the increase in the Pulsatility Index of uterine arteries greater than 95th percentile in pregnant women between 11-14 weeks of gestation treated at Hospital Vicente Corral Moscoso during the 2017 year. Methodology A descriptive study was conducted with analysis of associated factors in 254 pregnant women from 11 to 14 weeks of gestation. The sample size was measured with a 12 % of prevalence, 95 % of confidence level, and 4 % of precision and infinite population. The data were collected using direct interview, transvaginal ultrasound was performed, the Pulsatility Index of the uterine arteries was identified and the average higher than 95th percentile was noted. The information was analyzed in the SPSS system, version 15. Results The minimum age was 15 years, the maximum age of 46, the age group with the highest frequency was 19 to 34 years with 75.6 %, a 76 % were from urban area, a 49.6 % had more than 13 years of schooling, and a 36.6 % were mostly primiparous. The prevalence of the increased Pulsatility Index was 8.7 % and it was associated with the history of pre-eclampsia with RP 3.06, CI: 1.37 – 6.81 and p-value 0.013.
