dc.descriptionLa insolvencia de personas naturales no comerciantes tuvo grandes cambios a partir de la aprobación del nuevo Código Orgánico General de Procesos, que llegó a innovar el procedimiento escrito a un sistema oral o por audiencias; es por ello necesario determinar sus antecedentes para comprender la magnitud de esta institución en cuanto a su procedimiento, tipo de concursos, clases de insolvencia y su restitución al estado anterior, puesto que son temas de eficaz importancia en cuanto a esta institución jurídica.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThis monograph aims to provide society an analysis of the legal status of insolvency in natural persons not traders, according to the new General Organic Code of Processes, which entered into force in our legal system on May 26th, 2016 and innovated the whole written procedure, so that, since then, it is carried out through the oral system or by hearings; And this is the reason we will begin by alluding to the background of the insolvency law, and then focus on our system and indicate how its procedure should be in terms of type of insolvency proceedings, insolvency classes and their due restitution to the previous state; Giving to know, in this way the subjects that are of vital importance in this situation.es_ES
