Evaluación al ciclo presupuestario del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del Cantón Santa Isabel del período 2022

Abstract

The present integrative project “Evaluation of the budget cycle of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Canton of Santa Isabel for the period 2022” aims to analyze the different stages of the budget cycle in accordance with current regulations and measure the level of efficiency and effectiveness in the management of the resources assigned to the entity. For the development of the project, the application of budgetary indicators was carried out, which allowed us to understand the current situation of the institution for the fulfillment of the goals and objectives, for this we had general and concise information on the period to be evaluated. To measure the level of compliance with the regulations at each stage of the budget cycle, questionnaires were carried out with questions focused on the regulations. The budget schedules for both income and expenses were also analyzed together with the indicators in order to obtain results on execution budget in the period 2022. Finally, after having carried out a thorough analysis at each stage of the budget cycle of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Santa Isabel canton, we issue pertinent conclusions and recommendations focused on continuous improvement
