dc.descriptionEl proyecto de intervención formuló una propuesta de promoción turística para Puerto Bolívar del cantón Machala, con el propósito de darlo a conocer a nivel nacional debido a que el lugar cuenta con una baja y estacional concurrencia de turistas. Además, se plateó realizar propuestas para incrementar la actividad turística y aumentar el flujo de turistas al lugar. Para alcanzar los objetivos planteados se inició con un diagnóstico mediante fuentes primarias y secundarias como encuestas, entrevistas, compendios seguidos de un análisis probabilístico que comprendió el uso de diagramas de árbol y cuadro de mando. Como resultado se obtuvo tres perfiles en base a las motivaciones del turista, se formuló el plan de mejoras y el plan de marketing a partir del principal perfil turístico obtenido.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe intervention project proposed a tourism promotion proposal for Puerto Bolivar in Machala canton, with the purpose of making it known nationally because the place has a low and seasonal concurrence of tourists. In addition, it was decided to make proposals to increase tourism activity and increased the flow of tourists to the place. In order to achieve the proposed objectives, a diagnosis was started with primary and secondary sources such as surveys, interviews, compendiums followed by a probabilistic analysis that included the use of tree diagrams and a control panel. As a result, three profiles were obtained based on the motivations of the tourist, the improvement plan and the marketing plan were formulated based on the main tourist profile obtained.es_ES
