Abstract

The intervention project is about the Proposal for a manual of inclusive care protocols for people with physical, sensory and intellectual disabilities for the Accommodation and Food and Beverages areas, case: Hotel Four Points by Sheraton Cuenca, which is a topic of interest in the field of hospitality since employees must be able to fully attend this type of target, in this case a mixed investigation was carried out, through the collection of information in primary and secondary sources, in the same way, through the focus group technique, made up of people with disabilities, it was possible to compile valuable information to establish inclusive care protocols, subsequently gathering information from the hotel staff in the areas of accommodation and food and drinks through interviews , surveys and a socialization with the heads of these departments with the purpose of giving feedback on protocols and enriching them, in this way, all employees of the hotel were involved, with the final purpose of raising awareness about the disability aspect and inclusive care to provide a service of excellence.
