| dc.description | El presente trabajo investigativo tiene por objeto establecer el concepto y características de los estados o territorios que son considerados paraísos fiscales por la legislación ecuatoriana. En esta virtud, se demostrará las afecciones y problemáticas que conlleva su uso, en un marco global y nacional, y se indicará los perjuicios económicos que se generan por su utilización. Igualmente, se explicarán los efectos y la mecánica de algunas medidas antiparaíso que se han implementado dentro del sistema jurídico ecuatoriano. Finalmente, se justificará si las medidas antiparaíso vulneran el principio de equidad tributaria garantizado en la Constitución de la República del Ecuador. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | This research project aims to establish the concept and characteristics of the states or territories that are considered tax havens by Ecuadorian legislation. Hence, this research will demonstrate the affections and problems that entail the use of tax havens in a global and national framework and it will show the economic damages that are generated by its use. Likewise, this research will explain the effects and mechanics of the most important anti-tax havens rules that have been implemented in the Ecuadorian Law. Finally, this research will justify if that rules violate the Principle of Tax Equity guaranteed in the Constitution. | es_ES |
