Abstract
The development of this project, whose main objective is to create a tourist camping directed to the executive segment. The project is located at Hacienda Learnaya in Río Amarillo, cantón Cuenca, because there is no establishment led to the development of this activity today in the city.
To achieve the stated objective, it is essential to know how to organize a camp for this segment, its infrastructure, its different resources, human talent and details related to the camping program.
Finally, the effectiveness of the proposal will be evaluated through satisfaction surveys of the services offered, obtaining the results that will be of importance for the continuity of the project.
Resumen
El presente trabajo, tiene como objetivo proponer la creación de un campamento ecoturístico en la Hacienda Learnaya ubicada en la zona de Río Amarillo del Cantón Cuenca, dirigido al segmento de ejecutivos, ya que en la actualidad en esta ciudad no existe una empresa que desarrolle esta actividad.
Para ello es necesario conocer cómo se organiza un campamento de esta naturaleza, su infraestructura, los diferentes recursos, el talento humano y detalles relacionados con el programa de campismo.
Así mismo, se evaluará la efectividad de la propuesta mediante encuestas de satisfacción de los servicios ofertados, obteniendo así los resultados que serán de importancia para la continuidad del proyecto.
