| dc.description | El propósito de esta investigación es conocer el uso que los adolescentes dan a su tiempo libre y cuanto de este lo dedican a permanecer conectados a las redes sociales y el Internet y si presentan adicción a alguna de estas. La información se recogió aplicando una encuesta sobre el uso que dan al tiempo libre y dos test: el IAT (Internet Adiction Test) y ARS (Adicción a Redes Sociales) a las alumnas de la unidad educativa “Luisa de Jesús Cordero” cuyas edades comprendían de los 15 a 18 años, ubicándose en el nivel de Bachillerato, siendo un número total de 120 estudiantes. Los resultados demuestran que la mayoría de las adolescentes consideran que realizan varias actividades que contribuyen a su esparcimiento, además los test demostraron que las adolescentes no presentan patrones de adicción al internet y redes sociales, sin embargo si presentan cierto problemas en su uso por ello necesitan asesoramiento. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this research is to known the use that adolescents give to their free time and staying connected to a social network and the internet and if presents any of this addiction. The information was collected using a survey about how to use their free time and applying two test: the IAT (internet addiction test) and the ARS (addiction to social network) to the students of the school "Luisa de Jesús Cordero". Whose ages ranged from the 15 to the 18 years old, the students belong to the preparatory school, being a total of 120 students. The results demonstrate that the most adolescents consider are involve in several activities that help to their amusement, the test presents that they have a problem with the use of the internet and social network but not fall down into an addiction. | es_ES |
