Descubriendo competencias de inteligencia emocional, desempeño laboral e intención emprendedora social en actores comunitarios de organizaciones agroecológicas de la provincia del Azuay

Abstract

The following investigation focuses its objective on discovering potential emotional intelligence , work performance and social entrepreneurial intention in community representatives of agroecological organizations in the province of Azuay, thus responding to the following objectives: Describe the self-regulation, empathy, motivation and social skills of the partners of agroecological organizations analyzed by gender and role played in the association, to determine the association and explanatory capacity of emotional intelligence in job performance and social entrepreneurial intention and compare the significant differences in the variables: emotional intelligence, job performance and social entrepreneurial intention of the fouragroecological organizations analyzed. For this, several survey forms proposed by authors in previous investigations were used, all these measures on a Likert scale. According to the results obtained and return of creative results, it was possible to deepen the analysis in which it was determined that in the four organizations they have a correct performance of emotional intelligence according to the events that occur on a daily basis. For the second objective we have that emotional intelligence with respect to work performance and social entrepreneurial intention there is a positive association and a strong explanatory capacity between the variables. Finally, for the third objective it was obtained that there are no significant differences among the variables in the four organizations, however,each subdimension was also analyzed to have more precision in which only one organization handles motivation in a different way with respect to the other organizations.
