| dc.description | El proyecto tiene como objetivo analizar la situación actual del greenwashing en la industria hotelera y sus implicaciones en las prácticas sostenibles mediante una revisión sistemática de la literatura (RSL), el problema será abordado mediante la implementación de un algoritmo de búsqueda orientado a identificar patrones en la literatura científica. La metodología aplicada en la investigación tendrá un enfoque mixto de alcance descriptivo y un diseño observacional longitudinal, basado en literatura de los últimos cinco años. El estudio seguirá el protocolo PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses), que garantizará una adecuada selección y análisis de fuentes bibliográficas relevantes. El método de búsqueda se llevó a cabo en tres fases: la primera consistió en la construcción de un marco teórico basado en literatura reciente. En la segunda fase, se aplicará el protocolo PRISMA, que define términos de búsqueda, criterios de inclusión y de exclusión, y fuentes relevantes, procesando los datos con el software R Studio versión 4.3.2 y la librería Bibliometrix para un análisis bibliométrico enfocado en las métricas. Finalmente, en la tercera fase, se llevará a cabo una sistematización cualitativa de la literatura seleccionada, analizando metodologías, resultados y problemas abordados en los estudios, con el propósito de identificar las tendencias y vacíos en la literatura sobre el objeto de estudio. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The project aims to analyze the current situation of greenwashing in the hotel industry and its implications on sustainable practices through a systematic literature review (RSL). The problem will be addressed by implementing a search algorithm aimed at identifying patterns in the scientific literature. The methodology applied in the research will have a mixed approach of descriptive scope and a longitudinal observational design, based on literature from the last five years. The study will follow the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and MetaAnalyses) protocol, which will guarantee an adequate selection and analysis of relevant bibliographic sources. The search method was carried out in three phases: the first consisted of the construction of a theoretical framework based on recent literature. In the second phase, the PRISMA protocol will be applied, which defines search terms, inclusion and exclusion criteria, and relevant sources, processing the data with the R Studio software version 4.3.2 and the Bibliometrix library for a bibliometric analysis focused on metrics. Finally, in the third phase, a qualitative systematization of the selected literature will be carried out, analyzing methodologies, results and problems addressed in the studies, with the purpose of identifying trends and gaps in the literature on the object of study. | |
