Abstract
The following Integrating Project has been developed with the purpose of analyzing, managing, Property, Plant and Equipment and Administrative Control Assets in the Municipal Public Company of Mobility, Transit and Transportation of the EMOV EP Basin.
In the first chapter everything that has to do with the entity is developed; how it is constituted, objectives, services that it offers to the citizens in general, projects that have been carried out and others that are about to be executed, the location of their facilities, etc.
In the second chapter the theoretical foundation established by Laws, Norms and regulations in force for the management and control of the Property, Plant and Equipment and Administrative Control Assets is exposed.
In the third chapter it is about the development of the Integrator Project research. During the analysis it was possible to demonstrate the adequate management for some goods and inadequate for others. The entity does not have an internal regulation for the handling of goods, which is why some procedures are violated, others are not properly applied or are not put into practice.
Finally, in the fourth chapter the conclusion of the work and the respective recommendations are made, in order to be a contribution to the Institution.
Resumen
El siguiente Proyecto Integrador se ha desarrollado con la finalidad de analizar el manejo que se da a Propiedad, Planta y Equipo y Bienes de Control Administrativo en la Empresa Pública Municipal de Movilidad, Tránsito y Transporte de Cuenca EMOV EP.
En el primer capítulo se desarrolla todo lo que tiene que ver con la entidad; como está constituida, objetivos, servicios que brinda a la ciudadanía en general, proyectos que se han realizado y otros que están por ejecutarse, la ubicación de sus instalaciones, etc.
En el segundo capítulo se expone la fundamentación teórica establecida por Leyes, Normas y Reglamentos Vigentes para el manejo y control de la Propiedad, Planta y Equipo y Bienes de Control Administrativo.
En el tercer capítulo se trata sobre el desarrollo de la investigación del Proyecto Integrador. Durante el análisis se pudo evidenciar el manejo adecuado para algunos bienes e inadecuado para otros. La entidad no cuenta con un Reglamento Interno para el manejo de bienes, motivo por el cual se vulneran algunos procedimientos, otros no se aplican adecuadamente o no son puestos en práctica.
Finalmente en el cuarto capítulo se realiza la conclusión del trabajo y las respectivas recomendaciones, con la finalidad de que sea un aporte a la Institución.
