Este proceso comprende básicamente la evaluación de la Planificación Preliminar, Planificación Específica, Ejecución y la Comunicación de Resultados. La investigación está dirigida a desarrollar una Auditoría de Gestión en la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Jardín Azuayo Cuenca Agencia Centro o conocida también como Coordinación General, específicamente en el Área de Talento Humano con el objetivo principal de evaluar los procesos de Selección y Reclutamiento de Personal, la revisión del cumplimiento de la Normativa Legal y la evaluación del Control Interno. Finalmente bajo nuestra responsabilidad se procederá a emitir las recomendaciones de acuerdo a los hallazgos encontrados en el desarrollo del examen. | es_ES |
