| dc.description | El Mirador Turístico El Boquerón ubicado en el cerro Boquerón de la parroquia de Turi es un lugar rodeado de naturaleza a pocos minutos de Cuenca. Al ser relativamente nuevo, se encuentra en crecimiento, por esta razón el presente trabajo de titulación es una propuesta para la implementación de un glamping en el Mirador Turístico El Boquerón con el fin de responder a la necesidad de hospedaje y complementar los servicios ya existentes. El hospedaje se enfoca en un tipo de glamping, específicamente el “Safari Tent”, ya que por su diseño, materiales y fácil instalación se adaptan al entorno. El desarrollo de la propuesta inicia con la recopilación de información para descubrir el potencial turístico del mirador. Además, se realiza un estudio de mercado con su respectivo análisis que demuestra el interés de las personas para adquirir el servicio de hospedaje, así mismo, se detalla el estudio técnico con los aspectos necesario para el correcto funcionamiento del glamping. Finalmente, las herramientas contables utilizadas ayudaron a determinar la rentabilidad de proyecto a lo largo de los años. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The El Boquerón Tourist Viewpoint located on the Boquerón hill in the parish of Turi, is a place surrounded by nature a few minutes from Cuenca. Being relatively new, it is growing, for this reason the present titling work is a proposal for the implementation of a glamping at the El Boquerón Tourist Viewpoint in order to respond to the need for lodging and complement the existing services. The accommodation focuses on a type of glamping, specifically the "Safari Tent", since due to its design, materials and easy installation they adapt to the environment. The development of the proposal begins with the collection of information to discover the tourist potential of the viewpoint. In addition, a market study is carried out with its respective analysis that demonstrates the interest of people to acquire the lodging service, likewise, the technical study is detailed with the necessary aspects for the correct operation of glamping. Finally, the accounting tools used helped determine the profitability of the project over the years. | |
