Abstract
This thesis contains the study for the design of a virtual tourist route in the city of Cuenca and the creation of the website.
Currently the information of tourist services on the web are very important for tourists who are planning to travel or plan their holiday, so there has been a brief discussion on the management of the web pages of travel agencies, tour operators and hotels.
In the study to tourists regarding the services they would like to find on the web when planning your holiday, it has been of great importance for creating Cuenca encanto que enamora page, which bears the domain rutascuenca.com.
The creation of urban tourist route was at the suggestion of Carmen Moreno, Consul of France, in the interest of showing tourists buildings containing French features, and offer a variety of attractions to visit the city, this route has resulted in a website which shows each site with photos, description, hours of operation, duration and cost of the visit, in addition to a map where you can see the location of the same and make the journey on foot.
Resumen
La presente tesis contiene el estudio para el diseño de una ruta turística virtual en la ciudad de Cuenca y la creación de la página web.
Actualmente la información de servicios turísticos en la web es muy importante para el turista que está pensando viajar o planificar sus vacaciones, por lo cual se ha realizado un breve análisis sobre el manejo de las páginas web en las agencias de viajes, operadoras de turismo y hoteles.
En el estudio realizado a los turistas con respecto a los servicios que les gustaría encontrar en la web al momento de planificar sus vacaciones, ha sido de gran importancia para la creación de la página Cuenca encanto que enamora, que lleva el dominio de rutascuenca.com.
La creación de ruta turística urbana, fue por sugerencia de Carmen Moreno, Cónsul de Francia, por el interés de mostrar a los turistas edificios que contienen rasgos franceses, y ofrecer una variedad en atractivos a visitar la ciudad, esta ruta se ha plasmado en una página web donde muestra cada sitio con fotografías, descripción, horarios de atención, duración y costo de la visita, además de un mapa donde pueden ver la ubicación de los mismo y realizar el recorrido a pie.
