| dc.description | El proyecto de intervención se enfocó en la realización de una Propuesta de Plan de Desarrollo Turístico con enfoque participativo en la parroquia de Sayausí, de la ciudad de Cuenca. Se desarrolló el levantamiento de la línea base del estado actual del sistema turístico, el catastro de atractivos turísticos de la parroquia, a su vez se llevó a cabo la ponderación y jerarquización de los atractivos turísticos, se realizó un portafolio de programas y proyectos, y la respectiva socialización en la que valoró y validó los proyectos planteados a través de asambleas participativas. Los programas y proyectos estuvieron enfocados en los resultados obtenidos del análisis FODA y árbol de problemas en el que se evidenciaron las necesidades más importantes de la población local de Sayausí. El Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado de la parroquia colaboró con el documento del PDOT actualizado. Como resultado final fue la presentación de la Propuesta de Plan de Desarrollo Turístico que se entregó a la población local para su validación y al Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado de Sayausí para la ejecución con la finalidad de contribuir a un desarrollo turístico sostenible que involucre a la población local y que propromueva el cuidado de los recursos naturales y culturales que tiene la parroquia. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The intervention project is part of the realization of a Proposal for a Tourism Development Plan with a participatory approach in the parish of Sayausí, in the city of Cuenca. The survey of the baseline of the current state of the tourism system was developed, the cadastre of tourist attractions of the parish, in turn the weighting and hierarchization of the tourist attractions was carried out, a portfolio of programs and projects was carried out, and the respective socialization in which the proposed projects were valued and validated through participatory assemblies. The programs and projects were focused on the results obtained from the SWOT analysis and problem tree in which the most important needs of the local population of Sayausí were evidenced. The Decentralized Autonomous Government of the parish collaborated with the updated PDOT document. As a final result, three programs were obtained with their respective projects that received a positive assessment and validation from the population, being a tool that allows the Decentralized Autonomous Government of Sayausí to contribute to a sustainable tourism development that involves the local population and that promotes the care of the natural and cultural resources that the parish has. | |
