| dc.description | La presente investigación consiste en la elaboración de una propuesta de un plan de Responsabilidad Social Empresarial para el hospital Universitario del Río Hospirío S.A, con esto se pretende que el hospital pueda alcanzar un modelo de RSE aceptable que le permita tener una ventaja competitiva a la vez que sus acciones sean sustentables tanto en lo económico, social y ambiental. Para determinar el diagnóstico de la situación actual de la empresa en asuntos relacionados con RSE se realizaron las siguientes investigaciones: encuesta aplicada a clientes, posibles clientes y empleados del hospital, entrevistas a los jefes departamentales del hospital, entrevista y análisis FODA con el gerente de la empresa. Con la obtención de los resultados de las investigaciones se elaboró una lista de estrategias para el hospital que ayudara a fortalecer los aspectos positivos y a contrarrestar los negativos, las mismas que beneficiaran a sus stakeholders. Finalmente se describen las conclusiones y recomendaciones pertinentes para el presente trabajo de investigación. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | This research work involves the development of a proposed plan with Corporate Social Responsibility for the Hospital Universitario Del Rio Hospirío SA, with this research the aim is that the hospital can achieve acceptable CSR model that allows it a competitive advantage, while their actions are sustainable economically, socially and environmentally. To determine the diagnosis of the current situation of the company in CSR related matters, the following investigations were performed: survey of; clients, prospects and employees of the hospital, interviews with the various department heads of the hospital, interview and FODA analysis with the general manager of the company. With the data obtained from the results of these investigations, a list was developed with strategies for the hospital to help strengthen the positive aspects and counteract the negative, so this would benefited their stakeholders. Finally the conclusions and recommendations related to this research work are described. | es_ES |
