dc.descriptionEl proyecto integrador se desarrolla con el fin de conocer la gestión que ejecutaron los funcionarios y analizar las fases del ciclo presupuestario del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial Rural de Sayausí en el año 2017, en el cual la entidad debe cumplir con lo que establece la normativa vigente para realizar una correcta utilización de los recursos y dar cumplimiento a las actividades proyectadas en cada fase del ciclo presupuestario. Para obtener información de la entidad se realizan entrevistas, cuestionarios con preguntas abiertas y cerradas a los responsables de cada departamento, y a la vez se verifica que los documentos de respaldo cumplan con lo que establece la normativa COOTAD. Al realizar la evaluación a las etapas del ciclo presupuestario se tiene constancia que las actividades planificadas para el año 2017 no son ejecutadas en su totalidad. Al evaluar las etapas del ciclo presupuestario se encuentran falencias que no son detectadas a tiempo por los funcionarios de la entidad, motivo por el cual no se realizan las medidas correctivas oportunases_ES
dc.description.abstractThe integrating project is developed in order to know the management executed by the officials and analyze the phases of the budgetary cycle of the Decentralized Autonomous Government Parochial Rural of Sayausí in 2017, in which the entity must accomplish with what is established in current regulations to make a correct use of resources and to fulfill with the projected activities in each phase of the budget cycle. In order to obtain information about the entity, interviews and questionnaires with open and closed questions are conducted to the directors of each department, and at the same time it is verified that the supporting documents comply with the provisions of the COOTAD regulations. When carrying out the evaluation of the stages of the budget cycle, it is recorded that the activities planned for the year 2017 are not executed in their entirety. When evaluating the stages of the budget cycle, there are shortcomings that are not detected in time by the entity's officials, reason why the appropriate corrective measures are not takenes_ES
