dc.descriptionLa presente investigación titulada Mecanismos de garantía del derecho a la identidad de niños, niñas y adolescentes en la legislación ecuatoriana, tiene como objetivo concientizar a la ciudadanía, que el Derecho a la Identidad es un derecho humano, que nos pertenece por el simple hecho de ser personas, y que tenemos diversos medios para hacerlo efectivo y protegerlo; en caso de vulneración contamos con mecanismos que nos ayudarán para restituirlo de forma inmediata, circunstancias para las cuales analizaremos las diversas normas contempladas tanto en Convenios Internacionales, como en nuestra Carta Magna y demás cuerpos legales dentro de nuestro ordenamiento jurídico, así como los planes y proyectos que se han puesto en marcha para garantizar el derecho a la Identidad, especialmente a este grupo de atención prioritaria en nuestro país; igualmente analizaremos algunos de los efectos negativos que produce los problemas del derecho a la identidad, así como los trámites y requisitos indispensables para hacerlo efectivo, pues éste derecho es el origen de la titularidad de los demás derechos que nos pertenecen.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThis research entitled mechanisms guaranteeing the right to the identity of children and adolescents in Ecuadorian legislation, aims to raise awareness of citizenship, the right to identity is a human right that belongs to us by the simple fact be people, and we have various means to make it effective and protect; in case of violation we have mechanisms that help us to restore it immediately, circumstances for which analyze the various standards referred to both international conventions, as in our Constitution and other legal bodies within our legal system, as well as plans and projects that have been put in place to ensure the right to identity, especially this group of priority attention in our country; also we discuss some of the negative effects that the problems of the right to identity, as well as the procedures and requirements necessary to make it effective, as this right is the origin of the ownership of the other rights that belong to us.es_ES
