Es necesario señalar también que la Cochinilla de Oña resultó ser de magnífica calidad según los análisis realizados.Palabras clave: colorante, natural, carmín, carré, francés, carmínico, cochinilla, oña, cuenca, ecuador. Abstract It was determined in the laboratory that the Carmine of Carré presented bigger extraction yield and bigger content of Carminic Acid that the French Carmine.
