The approach in this study is the analysis of the Quality of the Landscape and the elements of Visual Fragility based on a process and assessment using Geographic Information Systems (GIS), enabling the analysis and implementation of a Sustainable Model of Landscape Intervention. The process is based on the optimization of the treatment and exploration of basic visual elements of the coastal landscape, with the goal of establish groundwork for identification of territorial impacts and possible measures for the conservation, restoration and minimizing changes on it. The object of the analysis were the main elements of the visual quality of the landscape, such as the watershed and its visual fragility and the landscaping capacity; and thereby determine the areas of greatest potential in the landscape, as well as identify the protection areas on the ecological environment in the Bahía de Banderas, México. From that point on it is possible to develop an Evaluation and Strategic Model for potential actions that include Sustainable Landscape Interventions; and recommendations for good practices in the territory occupation by the tourism sector and the activities that generates.
Claves epistemológicas para descifrar el derecho a la ciudad de Henri Lefebvre
(Universidad de Cuenca. Facultad de Arquitectura y Urbanismo, 2016-05-31) Jiménez Pacheco, Pedro Sebastián
The article presents the need for urban critical theory to shape a small space of hopes, in the midst of a global crisis, urbanizing of neoliberalism and urbanism crisis as such. Consequently, and in attempt to expand the field of urban theory, it shows one of the first steps in the doctoral research of the author, in which, through the epistemological survey on essential fields of Henri Lefebvre’s thought, is intended contributing to a true understanding of the right to the city, proclaimed in 1968 and today become slogan systematically. The analysis arises from the notion of radical human space as original restoration of the young Lefebvre’s thought between 1939-1958 and delves into what author considers the clue in the complete works of Lefebvre, the critique of everyday life.
La escena: construcciones dinámicas en la generación de espacios
(Universidad de Cuenca. Facultad de Arquitectura y Urbanismo, 2016-05-31) Bonetto, Silvia; Ojeda, Beatriz
The present paper refers to the possibility of conceiving a way of embracing the phenomenon of dynamic perception of space. Morphology’s workshop, in the first level of architecture career, is characterized by the massive and diversity of its members. Students are in an initial implementation process, both with regard to the concept of space as a representation that the creative process needs. It is constant evidence the difficulty in manifesting the spatial experience. Hence the creation of procedures and mechanisms for a more immediate approach to the creation of spaces is required, incorporating the variables of time, tangible and intangible materiality and movement of the observer.
Aulario III de la Universidad de Alicante (1998-2000), Javier García-Solera Vera. Análisis de proyecto arquitectónico
(Universidad de Cuenca. Facultad de Arquitectura y Urbanismo, 2016-05-31) Aguirre Collahuazo, Jonnathan Patricio
This research presents the interest on observing the architectural project phenomenon. The central axis of this study is to understand modern architecture as a process that exposes the precise essence of the form. To analyze critically different projects that show order in its form through esthetic judgment, allows us the opportunity to experience the different processes and design decisions that the author had to confront to be able to develop the project. Thus, the work is focused to make an approach to Aulario III, produced by the Spanish architect Javier García-Solera; using the sketch as a main tool. The aim is found the intrinsically architectural values of the project, this way an evaluation of each structuring element is performed, which allows us to define and expand the knowledge of solid tools used as materials for architectural designing.
