In the Ecuadorian legislation such as the risk of work; is this the occupational disease or accident at work are covered by the benefits provided by the insurance workers Ecuadorian Institute of Social Security IESS, unless the worker is not entitled to such benefits, whether by the irresponsibility of the employer not recruit workers, or because it has not met the minimum contribution, or finally because the employer is exempt from liability for the raised risk, either by the willful misconduct of the employee or his family or relatives; by voluntary action of the employee, or his disrespect for the laws, rules and regulations concerning at prevention of occupational hazards, safety and hygiene.
