Item Medición y evaluación de impacto del crédito con acompañamiento técnico colocado por la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Jardín Azuayo en Unidades Productivas Agropecuarias UPAs de los cantones nor orientales de la provincia del Azuay durante el periodo 2010 – 2015(2018) Pinos Guillén, Omar Antonio; Mendieta Muñoz, Luis RodrigoThis present research allow recognize the impact level of socioeconomic that had small agricultural producers, basically en economic activities such as livestock, riñon tomato culture and raising of minor animals, whos to be menber of COAC Jardín Azuayo they benefited of productive credits with technical support for free. The investigation area were the zone northeast of Azuay: Paute, Gualaceo, Sevilla de Oro and Sigsig, where the Intititution set up productive credits with and without support technical, being the simple size a total of 387 units of analysis. The research methodology to evaluate the impact of program, took homogeneous samples between the treatment group (beneficiaries of the program) and control group (non-beneficiaries of the program) basically aspects like: sociodemographic level, economic and riches level, the last measure for the familiar patrimony and the size of theirs Agricultural Production Units (UPAs). After the conclusion of the impact assessment, the results found that the credit given by the institution contributed positively to improving the earnings level in both estudy groups. However, as far as the impact itself is concerned thanks to the program the result was negative since the level of earnings in the treatment group grew at a lower rate of speed compared to the control group. It is concluded that at the earnings level, the productive credit program with technical support provided by the institution did not achieve the expected seccess, However, it is considered important the financial inclusion that this financial institution gave through Access to credit to small and médium producers dedicated to agricultura en the south of Ecuador.
