This searches is meant to be comprenhed the posmoderm art from Jean Francois Lyotard´s esthectic perspective. The main category that we study is the sublime and its relation with arctistic production. For this investigation we do brief historic study up to the Lyotard´s thought. The, we study posmodernity as Lyotard, cause it is the context of his reflections.
The source of posmoderm world was identified by Lyorad on 70s. He called posmoderm condition to doubt from universalizing theories and peak of thecnology´s peak like support for capitalism system. In its conceptualization resort to the sublime and establish a relationship with the arts of the vanguards. From here, born two categories: modern sublime and posmoderm sublime.
