Aplicación de la política de acción afirmativa con enfoque de género: política 3 (vinculación con la colectividad) en la Universidad de Cuenca

Affirmative actions are the policies in charge of eradicating discrimination to historically segregated groups. These policies are part of the regulations of private institutions as the importance of the same radio in a full coexistence between the members of each institution and society. The affirmative action policies within the University of Cuenca are no exception, these consist of four policies focused on aspects such as Teaching, Science and Technology, Linking with Collectivity and Management. In this paper, the affirmative Action Policy 3: Linking with the Collectivity, its application within the projects in the execution of the period from March to 2018 is analyzed through the preparation of interviews and the direction of Linking with the Collectivity, directors or tutors of projects and their beneficiaries. The projects that are used are those that are used as the ones shown. It is concluded that there is a lack of knowledge of the affirmative action policies in the institution, especially those responsible for the projects, which leads to these policies not being considered when executing them.
