In chapter one, the sub-branches of Bioethics were examining these are Religious, Utilitarian, Principialist, Personalist, and Gradualist; Of these, the Gradualist is choosing because it is the one with the fewest moral dilemmas and with the significant scientific support. Besides, in the second chapter, a review was made of the two COIP reform attempts in 2014 and 2018 to determine the importance of legalizing abortion in cases of rape for Ecuador.Item Perspectiva bioética acerca de la eutanasia y el aborto desde los filmes: mar adentro (2004) y 4 meses, 3 semanas y 2 días (2007(2016) Zhicay Moreno, Diana Carolina; Solano Ortiz, César AugustoThis monograph was conducted in order to analyze two bioethical issues such as euthanasia and abortion through film. With the proper use of a film material and bibliographic references can achieve greater reach in the reflection points. With the help of the films it is achieved almost question and understand experientially, from theory concepts that are often rather abstract. In the case of this study analyzed the films that have facilitated the interpretation of abortion are: 4 months, 3 weeks and 2 days, Vera Drake and Punto y Aparte. While for euthanasia I used: Mar Adentro and Million Dollar Baby. In addition to the discussion of these issues and conflicts that represent either on medical or legal field, argumentative analysis sustenance from a perspective based on bioethical principles, comes to question the problem of human rights in such situations, mainly the freedom and autonomy.
