    People with disabilities are a priority group that requires full inclusion in society, which would result in a significant improvement in their quality of life. The research study 'Socioeconomic Profile of People with Disabilities not Beneficiaries of Social Projects, for their Inclusion in Programs of the Decentralized Rural Parish Autonomous Government of El Valle, Cuenca Canton. Year 2023' aims to analyze and manage the inclusion of people with disabilities in programs of the Decentralized Rural Parish Autonomous Government of El Valle, with the objective of improving their quality of life through full inclusion in society The study was conducted with a quantitative approach, a non-experimental design, and a descriptive scope. A survey was used as a technique, which allowed for obtaining data on the socioeconomic situation. The main results of the study include the socioeconomic profile of people with disabilities in the rural parish of El Valle. It was found that the majority of the surveyed individuals are women, live in rural areas, have low educational levels, and face difficulties in accessing educational services. Additionally, a significant proportion of individuals within this population group were identified as not accessing available social programs and benefits, highlighting the need for focused strategies to expand the coverage and reach of these programs. Recommendations were proposed to improve the social, economic, and educational inclusion of these individuals, including the removal of barriers, promotion of employment inclusion policies, and training, among other aspects.
