Item Egon Eiermann, edificios en altura, dos casos de estudio 1960-1970 (viviendas en Hansaviertel para la exposición Interbau 1957, Berlín (1954-1961), Langer Eugen, Bonn (1965-1969))(Universidad de Cuenca, 2021-08-05) Puma Guiracocha, Elmer Ademar; Ramos Monori, Jeimis LeonardoThe present research work aims to general objective to identify the formal values in Egon´s works Eiermann through the formal-constructive analysis of 2 tall building projects during the 1960s - 1970. In the first place, we will make a brief analysis on the history of Modern Architecture and its influence on Germany, it is also pertinent to meet Egon Eiermann; an architect, teacher, and furniture designer who excelled in the second half of the 20th century. Its current and works converge in functionalism. Of his works they stand out, the Olivetti building in Frankfurt am Main, Memorial Church Kaiser Wilhemin of Berlin, as well as a residential building in Hansaviertel, among others. In addition, it is escential access to local documentation, since the work Eiermann's architectural desing, has not been disseminated or addressed in depth in other investigations. For this reason create a catalog whose the information produces a vision in Eierman's works and allows us to understand his project evolution, focusing later on 2 tall buildings for analysis. For which the methodology to be followed will be qualitative and will consist of delineate a clear and relevant process with tools theoretical and technical that make it possible to recognize processes adapt to the real environment that have great global value that are verified and that define a coherent structure for the fulfillment of the purposes of this investigation. As it is an applied and qualitative research, it is vital importances the experience of other authors and the information that is obtained through bibliographic sources; thus, timely material was compiled describes the precedents of modern architecture in Germany and allow the study general, the location in given context as also that it demonstrates its linkage of the modern architecture with the work of the Architect Egon Eiermann. By lastly, the works are analyzed; houses in Hansaviertel in Berlin and the Langer Eugen Administrative Building in Bonn, for which the graphic and formal reconstruction as learning tool allowed, identify and recognize formal values and their relationship with the system constructive that can be adapted to local architecture and that are of great world value.
