Health is an essential component of good living, and care is needed services in health care, especially intercultural, considering that we have a different view of the health-disease relationship, which differs from the political Primary health care. In this study, we consider the issue of health services in order to understand and thus establish the creation of a service model appropriate to each organization health, administrative processes in place and implemented within a service department primary health.
