    Mujeres emprendedoras en Javier Loyola: modificación a las relaciones familiares, económicas y sociales luego de la implementación de la Universidad Nacional de Educación UNAE

    The objective of this degree work is to address the issues of female productive entrepreneurship related to the family, social and economic changes of the entrepreneurial women of Javier Loyola. For the research, a qualitative approach was chosen based on a simple case study of an explanatory type. The qualitative data were collected through the following methods: documentary analysis, semi-structured interviews, open interviews, group discussion, and group interview and participant observation. Subsequently, the main results are determined in which the way of undertaking and its different guidelines are highlighted, as well as the changes that are taking place within the family, in the economic and social aspects. In itself, female entrepreneurship constitutes a source of income that benefits the entrepreneur woman, her family and contributes to local development. The main motive of the women is the search of autonomy, progress and personal satisfaction To conclude, the structure of the project refers in the first place to the characterization of the parish of Javier Loyola, in relation to the University; also about the characteristics of the enterprises and the enterprising women. Subsequently, an analysis of women in the family, economic and social, with their respective modifications. Finally, a review is made of how the settlement of the National University of Education modifies the quality of life of the population of Javier Loyola, emphasizing the strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats for the enterprising woman.
