    Diseño de un modelo de evaluación de desempeño por competencias para la Cooperativa Jardín Azuayo 2015-2016

    The Performance evaluation is a tool of human resources management, which aims to improve the performance of the human talent for the results of the organization. In Jardín Azuayo,the current performance evaluation system does not have competences desegregated in levels of development; performance assessment again somewhat subjective. The proposal of this work degree focuses on identifying competencies for leadership positions with their respective concept and degrees of development, after that include a performance evaluation model according to the needs, reality and philosophy of the Cooperative.
