    Evaluación al ciclo presupuestario del GAD Municipal de Sucúa en el periodo 2017

    The topic of titling raised is called evaluation to the budget cycle of the decentralized autonomous government of Sucúa, period 2017, select topic considering that a similar project has not been realized in the Entity, this way the authorities will be able to use like useful tool and analyze the fulfillment of the targets, programs and projects executed by the entity. The Integrator project has four chapters: The first chapter describes relevant data from the canton of Sucúa on the population, location and its main economic activities and information of the municipality. In chapter 2 mentions the theoretical framework on the concepts and policy relevant and applied for the good management of the budget cycle as Internal Control Standards, the principles and objectives, as well as each activity to meet within each stage of the budget. As third chapter does to itself the evaluation and analysis of each stage of the budget based on the budgetary certificates and related information, complementing with the use of indicators. Finally, chapter four details the conclusions and recommendations as a contribution to the entity, whose application is the added value that will improve budgetary operations and meet the institutional objectives.
