    Propuesta metodológica para la enseñanza de actividades físicas y recreativas en los adultos mayores, de la federación de jubilados, cantón Azogues, provincia de Cañar en el período julio 2015 diciembre 2015

    This graduation work involves the study, design and implementation of a "PROPOSAL METHODOLOGY FOR PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES IN THE ELDERLY, THE FEDERATION OF RETIRED, AZOGUES CANTON, Cañar Province in the period July 2015-December 2015 The process in question begins with research on the historical development of Physical Culture, basics of Physical Education, Sports and Recreation, after the research analysis the theories, the changes, the disease and the nutrition about the old people. Subsequently, beginning is given to the study of optimal both physical and recreational activities for the elderly and as a consequence of the multiple benefits provided to older people who perform these activities. Finally disclosed the proposed physical and recreational exercises in the federation of pensioners in the province of bluff canton Azogues through the designs of the daily work plans previously prepared before each class, and then validate our proposal by the assessments made on the elderly by month and comparative at the beginning and end of our work tables.
