    El clima organizacional en algunos emprendimientos comunitarios del este de la provincia del Azuay

    This research has been developed with the objective of analyzing the organizational climate in some community enterprises in the eastern region of the province of Azuay in order to obtain a diagnosis of the real situation of the work environment that members of these organizations perceive, which allows us to determine causes and problems to recommend corrective measures that contribute to improve the work environment. To do this, a quantitative methodology was designed and applied, with a population composed of 99 members belonging to the following enterprises: Artisanal Association and Solidarity Tourism, Association of successful women, Asozutex Textil, Entrepreneurs of Bullcay, and Toquilleras Association of San Martín de Puzhio. The technique used for data collection was a survey and the instrument was a questionnaire of 33 items grouped into 8 dimensions (organizational structure, motivation, communication, style of command, social relations, organizational health and safety, remuneration and Innovation), whose reagents are measured through a Likert scale of 4 points in order to define which variables represent the strengths and weaknesses of each community ventures. The obtained results showed that the perception that the members of the enterprises have regarding the organizational climate is quite acceptable
