Item Diagnóstico de la comunicación interna en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal de Azogues(Universidad de Cuenca, 2020-08-19) Vintimilla Luzuriaga, Renata Cecilia; Salinas Vintimilla, Carlos Israel; Zavala Sánchez, Fabiola MayteeThe purpose of the presentation of the investigation was to determine how is the level of internal communication of the Municipal GAD of Azogues, stated as a specific objective "Diagnosis of the current state of internal communication in the Municipal GAD of Azogues, to determine the benefits at the institutional level a through an efficient handling of it ”determining: -Identify the institution's strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities in terms of internal communication. -Systematize the information on internal communication in the GAD Municipal de Azogues. A qualitative methodology was used which aims to answer the question: why does it happen? And this is why the results cannot be generalized, because they are only valid within the investigated context. In the same, the opinions and points of various institutional officials were analyzed. For the sampling, various key actors, opinion leaders, department heads, workers and employees were interacted. The internal communication analysis focused on diagnosing the current situation of the GAD in the city of Azogues, which reveals its network. In this sense, communication spaces, social meetings, decision-making, project development and exchanges regarding internal information will be analyzed as one of the fundamental points. In order to obtain results, the techniques described above were used, aimed at finding out the opinion of the different workers regarding aspects related to organizational communication. In order to carry out an investigation, several techniques need to be used to observe, collect and analyze discourses and perceptions; in this case of a qualitative nature; the techniques used were: non-participatory observation, in-depth interview, focus groups and SWOT analysis workshop.
