Among the socio-economic development plans of a country, the civil works such as roads and education centers are a priority. Depending on geographic location, different types of natural phenomena can endanger these human elements. Therefore, the aim of this work is to identify education centers and roads exposed to two types of risk: flash floods and slope movements. To reach this goal, techniques of vector spatial analysis in a Geographic Information System have been applied. The results show that 14.6% of education centers are at risk of flooding, and 6.7% at risk of slope movements. Regarding the roads, the study found that 42.9 kilometers of track are at risk of flooding, and 19.9 kilometers at risk of slope movements.
