The present degree work called "FLEXIBILITY IN LEVEL III CHEERLEADERS OF THE NOVA CHEER AND DANCE ACADEMY OF THE CITY OF CUENCA-ECUADOR", aims to evaluate the pre- and post-application flexibility of the Bompa training program, adapted to the Cheerleaders level III of the academy "Nova Animation and Dance". This cuasiexperimental study had a first stage, evaluation of physical capacity and flexibility through a pretest, addressed to the athletes who were part of the sample; This intervention was carried out in person two days a week with a duration of thirty minutes and for a period of four months, with activities scheduled within the Bompa training program and emphasizing the deficiencies detected in the pretest; Subsequently, the post test was developed, finally a comparative analysis between the pretest and the post test was carried out. The results obtained in the flexibility pretest indicate that 50% have an insufficient flexibility range and the remaining 50% is equivalent to an acceptable range that corresponds to the general average; while the general average of the flexibility range of the posttest amounted to 60% of the participants maintaining an acceptable range and 40% achieved excellence in terms of flexibility assessment. In conclusion, the Bompa training program aimed at working on physical capacity and flexibility in level III Cheerleaders is even more effective if it is developed in a systematic and orderly manner based on the results of a pretest. Finally, it is recommended to start the evaluation of flexibility in athletes who have not undergone Cheerleading before, or as a requirement to record the follow-up of evaluations within different seasons
