    Agroecology opts for productive and sustainable agrarian models, it arises from problems and concerns related to natural food and environment. Also, it supports food security and sovereignty, through the direct marketing of chemical-free products and cultivated by ancestral knowledge, obtained from peasant family farming. The aim of this study is to carry out an analysis of Cristo Rey Agroecological Fair development, it belongs to Agroecology and Food Sovereignty project of the economic development state-owned company of Cuenca (EDEC EP).In addition to create a guide for the proper functioning of the fair, in order to generate appropriate strategies to take possession on the market. Accordingly, a diagnosis of the current situation of the problem has been made and it conducts a technical study and market research, which makes it possible to determine the feasibility of implementing the fair. Besides, a proposal for a strategic plan for a proper development is presented.
