    Análisis de las percepciones y prácticas de un grupo de profesores del Colegio Manuel J. Calle en la formación de destrezas de comprensión y producción de textos argumentativos de sus estudiantes

    This research is a qualitative case study about the perceptions and practices of a group of teachers who are responsible for training their students in the skills of argument. Starting from a field research, it delves into how teachers put into practice the teaching of the argument in the subjects of Language and Literature 10 and Philosophical Thought Development. The point of view of teachers about their work, their specific practices and working conditions was collected. These conditions were determined by changes in the Ecuadorian education system in recent years. All this in order to reach a better understanding of reality and the problems they face: lack of training, unclear guidelines, difficulty in achieving results with students due to poor levels of reading and writing, poor study habits and apathy.
