    Influencia del clima laboral en el desempeño del personal administrativo de la Prefectura del Azuay. Una estrategia de intervención desde el trabajo social

    This research had the general objective of analyzing the relationship between the work climate and the performance of the staff of the administrative area of the Prefecture of Azuay during the period 2019-2020, the population consisted of 248 people from the administrative area and 24 directors or coordinators of the departments; Two main variables were used for the research: work climate and work performance. It was developed through a mixed, quantitative and qualitative study, with a depth of descriptive-explanatory study within the framework of the research project. A survey was applied to administrative staff and an interview was conducted with the directors and coordinators of the departments of the Prefecture of Azuay, the results of which are presented graphically and verbatim. The research found that dimensions such as: leadership, interpersonal relationships, physical environment, decision-making, teamwork and job stability significantly influence the performance of the administrative staff of the Prefecture of Azuay, which is why, from the diagnosis, raised intervention strategies from Social Work in order to improve the working environment.
