The workshop system is validated by expert criteria through the Delphi method. Among the most relevant results, a statistically significant change (p=0.007) in the global level of emotional intelligence andan impact of 38.4 points on average increase in the experimental group could be observed, an increase in the means of all skills was obtained emotions in the experimental group after the application of the workshops. The emotional facilitation ability was the one that presented the greatest increase in the media compared to the other skills, while the emotional regulation ability was the one that presented the least increase in the media.
