    Qualitative study, descriptive epidemiology of smoking in the population of the parish The Neighbor. The universe of study are all the inhabitants of the parish (28 898 hab.) The families 1of prior drawing of homes. The objectives were to determine the relationship between smoking and socioeconomic conditions; the degree of association between smoking and poverty .; with variables: age, sex, marital status, religion, occupation, related to cigarette smoking as smoking, smoking, smoking, costs. Data were collected through anonymous surveys, which were processed by EPI-INFO-EXCEL.
