    ConocimIentos, actitudes y prácticas del padre adolescente frente al proceso de gestación. Quilloac-Cañar, 2014

    Objective: To identify the role of the teen parent and their participation in the process of gestation, Quilloac Community - Cañar. Methodology: This is a qualitative study that aims to identify the knowledge, attitudes and practices of adolescent male parent in the process of gestation. It aims to work with a focus group which integrates a 10 teen parents Quilloac Community - Cañar. Teens answer a series of open questions to an instructional guide previously analyzed and validated by the authors. The respondents' answers will be received on recording tape so as not to lose any detail, them to be transcribed in the Word text processor. Use of Results: This research will facilitate knowing the degree of knowledge of adolescent boys within the Community Quilloac; about the consequences of sexual initiation at an early age, the responsibility to confront an unplanned pregnancy, socioeconomic, psychological and family that the man has to go through to bring sustenance to his new home. Conclusion: adolescent males Community Quilloac have knowledge about sex, the consequences of not using different contraceptive methods on the market, without implementing the use of contraceptive methods by certain myths that exist within your company , but teens have a positive aspect in your face responsible parenthood and provide appropriate care to the baby and your partner.
