This study provides quantitative and detailed information on the sociodemographic characteristics as well as the personal, family, and social risk factors of the adolescent offenders in the UZDI 6. This information collected in various variables is systematized and processed with the help of the SPSS database. This information contains various variables, collected, systematized and processed in the SPSS database , which allowed us to recognize those situations that contributed to the adolescents being immersed in illicit acts, this is possible since the passive cases of the unit are analyzed, considered as those cases in which adolescents in conflict with criminal law fully complied with the noncustodial socio-educational measures in the period 2015-2019. The results show that there are no isolated risk factors that account for criminal behaviors, however, there are some of them that stand out over others: on a personal level, the self-esteem, and personality traits such as aggression and difficulty in establishing interpersonal relationships, as well as the presence of addictions. Consequently, within the family environment, some risk factors stand out such as dysfunctionality, absence of the parental figure, thus the absence of norms and limits. Finally, it is considered that at a social level, passive leisure, school dropout, and Educational lag, increases risk situations for the adolescent.
