    Health is an essential component of good living, and care is needed services in health care, especially intercultural, considering that we have a different view of the health-disease relationship, which differs from the political Primary health care. In this study, we consider the issue of health services in order to understand and thus establish the creation of a service model appropriate to each organization health, administrative processes in place and implemented within a service department primary health. The importance of cultural identity and overall strength in the field of health by the indigenous concept would need in the future to create a tool to measure the level of preservation of culture to check with other health outcomes and refine understanding of the overall concept of indigenous health. In the same way if it is comprehensive health should validate a scale of quality of life but as the indigenous vision of health. Finally, to achieve a framework with cultural view of comprehensive health plan, you need to manage in an integrated technical and human aspects, it is proposed to design according to the places of influence of the spirits of the culture seeking their support in the activities to achieve the objectives.
