    The present integrative project named “Management Audit to the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the parish El Valle for the period between January 01 and December 31, 2021”, was carried out with the aim of verifying the level of effectiveness, Efficiency and economy in the use of resources in institutional operations for the fulfillment of the objectives of the parish GAD. Chapter I describes the general aspects of the GAD of the parish El Valle. Chapter I describes the general aspects of the GAD of the parish of El Valle, that is, the historical overview of the parish, description of the entity, principal officials, functions, strategic planning, organizational chart, legal basis and financial structure. Chapter II sets out the theoretical framework, which details the concepts necessary for the proper implementation of the management audit. Chapter III implemented the phases of preliminary planning, specific planning, implementation, reporting of results obtained during the previous phases, which are reflected in the final audit report and the follow-up schedule for incorporating recommendations into the institution. Finally, chapter IV presents the conclusions and final recommendations arising from the development of the degree work.
